Wintry Herbal Tea
1 mugful of water
1 cinnamon stick
2 cloves
2 allspice berries
1/2 teaspoon orange zest
1 teaspoon dried chamomile
sugar or honey, optional
Bring water, cinnamon, cloves, allspice and orange zest to a boil in a small saucepan. Remove from the heat, stir in the chamomile and steep 5 minutes. Strain into mug and sweeten, if desired. Garnish with a cinnamon stick.
